Client Onboarding

Kerala Pulse follows a clear onboarding flow so new clients understand what happens from first contact through planning, budgeting, execution readiness, and project kickoff.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

The process starts with a discussion about your project type, location, timeline, goals, design expectations, and budget range. This helps Kerala Pulse understand whether the project is residential, commercial, renovation-based, or a phased construction requirement.

Step 2: Site and Requirement Review

Clients may be asked to share available drawings, land details, photographs, measurements, approvals, and any existing plans. A site review or meeting may be scheduled where required to understand access, terrain, utilities, and practical construction constraints.

Step 3: Scope and Estimate Alignment

  • Clarify the expected built-up area, finish level, and project priorities.
  • Review indicative costing, commercial assumptions, and major scope inclusions.
  • Discuss timeline expectations, milestone sequencing, and approval dependencies.

Step 4: Documentation and Confirmation

Once both sides are aligned, Kerala Pulse may request supporting documentation, approved drawings, and a formal go-ahead to move toward project confirmation. Commercial terms, execution stages, and payment schedules are finalized through written agreement.

Step 5: Project Kickoff

After confirmation, the team coordinates mobilization, procurement planning, site readiness checks, and execution timelines. Clients receive practical communication about the next steps so construction begins with clarity and coordination.
